I would like to say that I have never had a problem with WestNet's support staff. They have always been very helpful. It is a pitty that WestNet has to rely on a company like Telstra to fix most of the problems. If all companies could be a good as WestNet is with their customer service it would be a lot better world.

Keep up the great work and customers like myself we never leave you.</description>

As a customer who has had an ongoing issue (not Westnet's fault but Telstra's), I would like to congratulate you and the team for your commitment to excellent customer service.

Throughout the last month I have had regular calls from Ben Parrott from your Tech Support team, checking to see how my issue with Telstra was progressing. Ben always called on the day that he committed to, and was very helpful and understanding.

In my opinion, it is people like Ben that are the reason Westnet wins awards in customer service across the country.</description>
